Refund Policy

1. Memberships

Your first 30 days are a free trial — you are not charged unless you stay past the trial. If you are charged and change your mind, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days, membership fees for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime so you are never charged again.

2. Kitchen shop products

• Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• To start a return, email us with your order number. We will send return instructions and a label where applicable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
• Sale items marked “final sale” at checkout cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you — your choice.

4. How to request a refund

Email us from the Contact page with your order or membership email and order number. We reply within 2 business days.
