1. The club in plain words

The Apron And Ember gives members access to our tested recipe library, weekly recipe drops, meal plans, and a member rate in the kitchen shop. By joining, buying, or browsing, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & billing

• Your trial is free for 30 days. After the trial, the membership renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period runs to its end.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. We will email you before any change applies to your plan.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for one household — please do not share logins publicly.

4. Our content

Recipes, photos, videos, and text on this site are ours (or licensed to us). Members may save and print recipes for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not republish, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission.

5. Shop orders

Product availability, prices, and shipping times are shown at checkout. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will refund you in full and let you know promptly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping our recipe library in bulk, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no unlawful content in reviews or messages.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep recipes accurate and the site running, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
